My plan was to do these postpartum updates monthly but I blew past month two for a variety of reasons. Month two postpartum was tough. I went so hot out of the gate trying to lose weight that my milk supply totally dropped. The stress of that and trying to increase it back caused me to not progress and stay in maintenance. I was 100% fine with that. I wanted to be able to have a good milk supply vs weight loss. Then, my pup passed away and I think from the stress and emotions of that my supply tanked again. Long story short, macros and weight loss were not top of mind. Just keepin’ it real. Now, that I am in a bit of a better head space I am back in the saddle and continuing on my journey. The last few weeks have been really solid for me. I have been at a CrossFit style gym for the last several weeks and have been loving it. It is hard work but I am slowly getting my endurance and strength back. It has been super eye opening to have to slow workouts down or scale and modify certain movements but I know my core will thank me later.
Overall, I am super happy with where I am right now. Weight loss doesn’t have to be complicated. Do you want to know a few of my secrets?

10/10/2022 – 1/09/2022 – Total Weight loss: -10lbs
- Chest: Lost 1 inch total
- Waist: Lost 3.5 inches total
- Hips: Lost 2 inches total
Over three months I lost and have kept off 10lbs. I have 15 more to go to get to my pre-baby weight. Taking it 5lbs at a time. My goal is to have the last 15 off by March 10, 2022. Let’s go!
