Welcome to a revamped PCE website

Happy New Year, friends!

Let me brush off my very sub-par writing skills real quick. Back in 2012 I started a blog to track my weight loss journey. Since then, I have been on and off blogging and posting on my Instagram page. In 2019 I stopped blogging all together. I didn’t want to make time for it. I wanted to focus on my full-time career. I didn’t want to shoot photos, write content, edit and post. I did however miss chatting and connecting with the people. I also missed being able to post recipes in a space that is more concrete and easy to find rather than scrolling Instagram. Fast forward to now, the blog is back. Whoo-hoo! The space is new. The site is fresh and on a new host site. I have invested time, energy and money to bring back something I truly find happiness in. So here I am, all shiny and new ready to take on the internet in 2022.

The year 2022 for Power Cleans Eats is going to bring you a weekly recipe post, marathon training updates, 1:1 nutrition coaching updates, my tips and tricks, life updates and more! I am forever trying to learn, grow and better myself through health, fitness and nutrition. I know a lot of you are as well. I hope this blog can bring inspiration, motivation and creativity to you and your journey!
